They unfortunately couldn't help me unless I drove 90 minutes to their offices. So, I called Westbrook Rx and they were able to determine what I needed based on the brand name & a description of the mask. The new mask was reasonably priced and arrived in 2 days. They were so very helpful!"

"Purchased Something For My Wife about a Month ago. Took back with Receipt and They won’t take it back. Said they couldn’t send back Defective. It would be Lying. Don’t do Business here. I was told By One Employee with Receipt Could Return. Wife was in Hospital. Couldn’t get there to Return sooner. I Won’t Return Here. They don’t Honor What they Say. And I’ll Tell Everyone I Know Don’t Go Here. They Lie."

"Outstanding customer service! I was in a situation helping out a family member who recently had foot surgery done and unable to walk. I contacted this pharmacy about a mobility scooter. I wasn’t sure if the mobility scooter they had in stock would work for my relative, and the gentlemen I worked with was kind enough to tell me “take it home and see if it works or not.” Unfortunately it did not work out for my relative, but regardless, what an outstanding gesture for this pharmacy!! Highly recommended!!"

"This store is charging $80 for fifty pieces of paper masks. The same package was less than $20 a couple of months ago. This store is fleecing the community and they should be ashamed of themselves."
