"Dan Asti is outstanding!! We were having trouble with the insurance company and a prior authorization for my son’s diabetic supplies. Dan personally called the insurance company to correct the issue, called us back within minutes and had the supplies sent out within 2 days (because it was a weekend)! No one does this! These days it seems like no one really cares or wants to take the time to figure it out. Before talking to Dan, we spoke to the prescribing medical provider twice, the provider’s nurse 2 times, and the health system’s prior auth department without any success.
