On this particular occasion, I visited the branch within the official business hours with the intention of making a deposit. Despite being well within the operating hours, I was surprised and dismayed when the branch staff refused to accept my deposit."

"The transition from Howard Bank to FNB has been horrific. Stopped in the branch on Monday because ATM card and online banking were not working. Branch was packed with other customers with issues. Branch staff was hustling which was great. But problems still exist and are not solved. Spent 38 minutes on hold with their 800 numbers and transferred to 2 different people and now have been waiting all day for a third to call me to resolve the problems. Absolute disaster."
