"I go there every now and then and each time I have to shake my head. First off, the place is clean and orderly. But, that's where it ends. When you order your sandwich there is a sheet of cardboard or something on the glass so you can't see the meats, etc. Move to the right to get your toppings, which you can see. You ask for lettuce and you might get a few pieces. I have to say "could you put more on it" several times and that goes for the other toppings as well! The end is where I ask for oil/vinegar and get maybe 1/2 squirt for the entire sandwich. Again, I have to ask for more several times because each time is tiny squirt. Aggravating to say the least. Might try the one in Bryan's Road next time. Can't be worse."
"The older man that made my salad started out rude. I came to this location before and it was the same thing, although I thought he was having a bad day then. I see this is his normal demeanor for people of color as the two people behind me received better service as did the one in front of me. If you want great service go to the Subway in Bryan's Road. I won't be back to this location. And the salad portion was small and I was charged more!"
