"I came in to the office when I was pregnant as a new patient, and they were so respectful of my requests and accommodations. They always ask about my baby and make me feel so welcome. They even gave me tennis balls for my dog back at home! On top of that, my fiancé needed VERY impressive work done on his teeth, and we were putting it off because we were afraid no dentist would be able to take care of him without charging us a million dollars. They always are asking what our insurance covers and they always let us know how much money we would have left to cover expenses. They are so thoughtful and they made my fiancés teeth beautiful!! Grateful for this practice!"

"Do not go here. As we all know dental work is EXPENSIVE. I am a single mom to 3 children in daycare. I had owed a bill. I have been in excruciating pain for well over 5 days. I asked Roxanne on the phone I will pay my bill if I can get seen and get this fixed. I even wrote that in my appt request. She said yes. I paid my balance. I would have used that elsewhere if they were going to to a consult. The male dentist before really examining anything goes I can’t do anything today. You’re good to go on vacation and was about to end the appt.. I said in tears, I’m in pain I can’t eat, sleep nothing. If I didn’t say that he would have just sent me on my way to suffer. He gave me amoxicillin didn’t tell me what’s wrong and just gave me a paper to Pottstown oral surgery associates and he told me to see what they think. Lol. What? I left in tears and it dawned on me he was rushing out because it was their hour lunch break. I called roxeanne. I said I feel manipulated she goes Lauren you owed us that money. I said ok and I told You on the phone I wasn’t able to pay that today if I couldn’t GET SEEN AND TREATED. You manipulated me as a patient. I’m sure that was recorded our converStation. Well now I’m in pain and out of money. Thanks Amity Dentistry!! Thanks for leaving a patient in excruciating pain. So humane! Hope you had a great lunch!"

I don't feel like just a numbered patient there, but as a respected human being.
