"Absolutely AVOID at all costs! Made an appointment, via email. Then confirmed by phone. Arrived at appointment time and they had no record of my appointment. Showed them the email where they verified with me but still no record. If they don't even know how to make an appointment I would not trust with providing dental care! Avoid!"

"Had a crown placed a year ago and paid over $2000 out of pocket because my insurance did not cover it. I went to a different dentist because I am having pain in that same tooth and they told me that the crown was not even placed right and now I have an infection because of that. So , Now I have to get my tooth extracted. Do not recommend this dentist at all"

"This dentist and her entire office get a 5 star rating! I have had such great quality care from Dr. Shen. I’ve had my mouth crowned, implant work, replaced a tooth all complex and detailed work. All with excellent results. My daughter has also received excellent care with fillings and overall dental maintenance through her braces years. I highly recommend Dr. Shen for all dental needs!"

"If i could give Dr. Shen 0 stars i would, i should have trusted the reviews but i needed a dentist that took my insurance & she was the first one available. Dr.Shen was so incredibly rude. She asked what tooth was causing my pain & then when i took my partial out she rudely said well obviously someone made that why dont you go back there. I tried & they dont take my insurance, so then after the cleaning she came back in & told me what she would recommend but she isnt going to do it & i need to find someone else. Do not waste your time going here."

"The worse experience in my life with a ""dentist"". Place is extremely filthy, equipment is visually dirty with dental residue. They had me fill out a form online listing family history etc, I checked a box stating that my grandparents passed from cancer. Linda walked in the room and these were her exact words "so you have cancer right?" Was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point that I didn't even let them look inside my mouth. The Spanish speaking receptionist was really nice, but this place shouldn't practice any type of medicine. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE BY GOING THERE!!!"
