"Absolutely the slowest Starbucks I have ever been in. I'm handicapped and my husband went in for me because drive thru line was so long. After 20 minutes I went in with my cane to see what was wrong and there was another line waiting for their drinks. I will never go there again."

"Probably the least friendly location in the SoMD area. They all seem to hate their jobs, and their customer service is terrible. Drinks are always messed up. They don't greet you when you come in, and will stand there and stare at you for minutes. They'd rather interact with each other than the people walking through the door."

"Had an issue with an order placed via the Starbucks app. Tyler (female supervisor, hope I spelled it right) was super helpful in the drive through and made sure the order was taken care of. I felt so bad and apologized but she put me at ease and made sure I was taken care of. This is the type of customer service that should be recognized and rewarded. Thank you ma’am for being so awesome. This happened on Aug 25th at 1015 in the morning."

"This Starbucks needs work. 90% of their business is drive-thru. I went inside and wanted to order just a plain regular cup of coffee. I asked the girl for a dark roast and she looked at me with a look of what the hell was I talking about. So I changed and asked her for a cup of light roast - same reaction. Then I said all I want is a cup of coffee. She finally got it and I was served a lukewarm cup of coffee. Didn't go back to that Starbucks for the entire trip. Aweful"

"Love it. A Starbucks review really hinges on three things, the drink, the people, and the place. This location gets 5 stars for my drink today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside) and it was put together well - tight lid, hot beverage sleeve thingy, and no spills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that) The team was working really well together and the short line showed that. Fine job. The place is Starbucks standard furniture and fixtures and they have nice outside seating here. Bonus points on a good weather day. Very well done here today SBX. thanks."
