"Good dentist. Whenever I had questions over the phone, the dentist always took time out to talk to me about an issue I was having with my tooth."
"Nice staff, friendly, but they didn't work within my insurance even though I have a participating provider. They sent me a bill for over 100$ for a standard 25 minute cleaning. It should be common practice to make sure insurance covers the bill for patrons before doing the work. Edit: Things were mostly resolved, and staff is great so I feel they deserve better, but still think it should be common practice to run insurance for planned appointments/xrays so there aren't any surprise charges"
