"My daughter and I will not be returning to this office. Dr. Kalna is very rude and the conversation that the hygienist and the Dr. was having was very unprofessional. He said that he should've just called off today. (It is the day after Christmas). He was pulling something out of my mouth that was around my tooth for the filling and I verbalized how it was hurting and he said I think after 29 years I know what I am doing. Dr. Kalna is very rude and ignorant. Go elsewhere if you are able."

"Dentist is a loser rude foul mouth male chauvinist. Does not have proper equipment nor handicap accessibility. Made a pair of teeth for my father. They didn't fit right because he didn't make them right and he attempted to fix them and literally accosted an 80-year-old man for his own poor work. As well does not have proper accommodations for larger people and returns phone calls with obscenities about fat shaming. Ogles over women and treat some worse than he treats men very ignorant. Caveman if you can call him a doctor?"

"went here years ago, receptionist and 'helpers' were nice. however the actual dentist seemed very cocky and arrogant. he was forceful and aggressive when removing a lot of my teeth for a partial denture. I had called back multiple times to be seen because my partial was hurting my mouth and gums. they'd never get back to me. many of my teeth were just crunched and broken/smashed in the removal process, flinging pieces of tooth to the back of my throat and they weren't suctionimg the mess out of my mouth! I don't even know how many pieces of tooth I ended up swollowing!"

"Always able to accommodate any dental emergency quickly. Woke up with a horrible toothache and needed an emergency root canal. Withen a few hours I’m walking out of northern country completely pain free. I work some crazy hours and they have always worked with me if I had to reschedule or adjust appointment time. Some folks may not want to hear what Dr. Kalna has to say but he’s to the point. I prefer honesty and being on point. Excellent work."

"He treated my daughter like dirt. She had a cavity, needs pulling. He yelled at her for ignoring her teeth, which she doesn’t. She has two specialty challenges children, no cavities until 25, first pregnancy. Didn’t help her teeth. He was so rude to her she cried all night. If there were no cavities, I guess a dentist would have to find another job. Would never go to him, will pass along his attitude. Then he wanted 1600.00 for a root canal and a crown. She doesn’t have the money, so he’s making her wait almost three weeks to pull a tooth that aches. I was angry most of the night for the way a professional treated her."
