"I had a good experience during my initial consultation, but every subsequent attempt at an appointment has been a disaster. When I returned for the actual wisdom tooth surgery, I was told that my insurance was no longer accepted and that I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for my insurance to be reinstated, or pay out of pocket and be reimbursed later by my insurance. I didn't have the money at the time, so I chose to wait, and they promised to call me back... they never did. After a few weeks, I called them back, and it turned out that my insurance had already been reinstated; they just never called back. It's understandable if they forgot. It had been a long time. So I try to schedule the wisdom tooth surgery, and I keep getting told that the people who can schedule it aren't available and that they will send an urgent email to them and call me back. Fast forward two or more weeks and I'm still getting the same answer every time I call. "They're not available right now, but we'll send them an urgent email. They will contact you. Please keep your phone lines open." Now I’m getting upset, because how much longer am I going to have to wait? Are the schedulers on vacation or something? It’s extremely unprofessional. What’s the point of the people who answer the phones if they are unable to schedule appointments? Now I have another dental emergency because my wisdom teeth weren’t removed. I'll update the review if this ever gets anywhere, but this is ridiculous. At this point, I'm thinking about going in person and asking them to schedule me instead of waiting for the people on the phone to do it."
"Had dentures done through these people. Dentures don't fit properly. Went in for adjustment. Still didn't fit properly. Called for another appointment. Was told it would be 6 months. I waited the 6 months, was ready to drive an hour to get there only to find out they're not open. I'm lucky I thought to call to confirm or else I would have drove 2 hrs for nothing. Then I rescheduled for 3 months out this time. Got there and was told they tried calling me to cancel. Had t rescheduled once again. This time for 9 months. Got there today only to be told they tried calling to tell me they don't accept my insurance anymore. But theadjustment was supposed to be free. Told them to get bent and won't be back every again. Highly unprofessional They're a bunch of liars!!! The office manager is a royal bi..h!!! ."
"Do NOT ever go here! This place is terrible. They were supposed to fix a chipped tooth. Whatever they used fell off within 3 days. I called repeatedly and never heard back. They haven't even responded to the Better Business Bureau. WORST PLACE EVER."
"I need to give zero stars. Was not notified by email or mail that the pediatrics was closed. Had a dental emergency for my 2 year old and ended up having to fish for elsewhere. When you close something where kids are involved you should notify patients. Had to go as far as King of Prussia and due to my daughter not being their patient i couldnt get an emergency appointment for her, just cleaning. Now have to call elsewhere. AND WHY IS SHE EVEN IN AN emergency dental situation? ITS all due to a procedure they were suppose to do for her that they didnt do."
"We had a dentist appointment today. We arrive and the office is closed. This is the second time that we have had an appointment and show up to find out they are closed with no explanation and not even a sign on the door explaining why they are closed. We just received a postcard(pictured) the other day to confirm our appointment for this date and time so it’s not like we got the date and time wrong. We went home and tried to call them, some lady picked up the phone and asked for name and appointment time. She then looked it up and told us there was no record of our appointment today. I told her we received a postcard saying it was for today at this time. She then told us to wait and put us on hold. After about 15 min we were hung up on. We then called them back and got someone else. She told us she thinks the office is closed for the week. Okay? If they are closed for some reason, fine, but at least let their patients know? Completely unprofessional. Absolutely ridiculous that this has happened twice with absolutely no explanation. It’s like they just up and close whenever they feel like it. We live 30 min away and to continue driving all the way here to have to turn back around is very frustrating. We will be looking for another dentist elsewhere."
