Wendy's

"Usually, I get good to great service here. As I said, Usually. This morning, I walked in and saw a worker walking off to the corner seat, I assumed on break. I walked up to the counter and waited. After about 30 seconds, I asked out loud, raising my voice as there was no one insight, if there is anyone here that might serve me? I waited for a reply, hearing None, I then turned to leave. I looked over at that 'worker seating in the corner, who kinda gestures back towards the counter. Still no one there. I told her thanks for the service! Sarcasm dripping here! Wow! I would have thought when I ask if anyone would help (actually, I asked in a loud, short of a yell) that someone would have replied right then. To bad. Will I go back? Occasionally. Will I walk out again? Hell yes! Firmly believe in not rewarding horrible service."

"The workers were nice, and respectful. The wait was over 20 minutes. And after waiting that long all the food was ice cold, so I wonder what we were waiting on. It definitely wasn't hot food."

"This used to be my favorite Wendy's till today. Burgers were made to order but seemed a lil on the small side. French fries were served cold so I wasn't going g to have to wonder about them getting cold on the short trip home. The one bright spot was the cashier she was so polite and helpful. She was the only part that made me keep my food and when I asked her to replace my cold fries she went right to the fresh ones that just dropped from the oil. I couldn't thank her enough."

"The Wendy’s in LaPlata is in need of help. They cannot smile or get an order correct to save their lives. Your best chance is to walk in and order, and even that is a craps shoot. NEVER ORDER THROUGH THE APP for this location! Twice now they have gotten it wrong. When I order a bacon double stack and prepay for it, that’s what I expect. Not a junior cheeseburger. The order is sent ahead of time. How hard is it to read and why do we always have to pull up and wait because the order is not ready? Maybe if the window person was as trained in accuracy as she was in candy apple red wigs we would not have this problem. Maybe she should take an example from the special needs gentleman who brought out our order. He made sure we had extra straws and napkins and asked if we had the dipping sauces we asked for. He went above what is expected. If the rest of the staff just took an extra second to insure accuracy you would have more than 3.5 stars"

"This Wendy’s has got to be the worst I’ve ever been at. Every single time I come here they are so disrespectful and rude to us, they are always out of things, and never get my order correct. This time, I pull up for a mobile order, and the lady said to pull up so I pulled up and waited about 10-15 min she brings out our food and I ordered baconator fries a potato a frosty and 2 Dr peppers, well she brings my food out my baconator cheese is not melted it looks like it was just thrown on there, my potato is missing so I ask her for it and she tells me “Oh we have no more potatoes tonight” and walks away AS SOON as she says it not even a chance to speak, she hadn’t even let me know they were out either or asked if I wanted something else. The manager constantly closes the place down and says that “their systems down” how can your system be down every day? Pretty funny it happens everytime they get “busy”."
