"Awful gift card experience. I purchased ten Starbucks gift cards and went to activate them before gifting them to my children's teachers the next morning. The cashier told me that I would have to activate online but the website doesn't allow it. My husband went back in to follow up but now Sams Club has changed their story and says you have to call Starbucks 800 number directly. The reviews are awful for these particular gift cards with many people saying that they weren't usable. Can you imagine the embarrassment of giving a gift card that is invalid? Of course, no return policy on gift cards."

"Terrible experiences at this location. I recently got a Sam’s club membership and have tried the pickup option twice and both times have been a disaster. Both times the order was not ready during the time frame I selected and I was stuck in the parking lot waiting. I then tried to call the store to let them know that I’m still waiting on my order and of course no answer. I walk inside (with my infant) to the customer service area and after waiting in line there I was informed I need to go over to the “Curbside Pickup” section. I walk over to curbside pickup section and no one is to be found so once again I’m just waiting. Finally, someone walks up and ask me for my name and realizes that the order is not complete (more than likely not even started yet). I go back to my car and wait in the pickup spot where I am still currently waiting writing this post. The worst part about all this is you pay for the service and I have to go inside to the “curbside pickup” to find someone to let them know that my order is not done when it should have been done. I will not be using this location again and will not be renewing the membership."

"I get all of my vaccinations at this Sam's pharmacy. The staff are very competent, the wait times are short, and I've never had a bad experience with an injection received there. They also use InjectSafe (?) bandages to protect the injection site which seems classier than the adhesive bandages most places use. Lastly, their staff have always been very friendly and helpful when I've dealt with them. Even the gentleman with two teenagers at home is always cheerful, which is no small thing in my book."

"Truly one of the best ❤️ shopping experiences I have encountered! Although the check out line seems long the Staff is all over this. I didn't get the name of the Staff member who assisted me but I have to say that she was very happy and professional. Keep up the good work. Saturday August 6 was a very busy day at Sam's. The Sam's team did an awesome job getting us through in a timely manner."
