"The dentist, Dr. Ritz is fantastic, no complaints there, but billing department is awful. I have been calling for 6 months and have talked to them now 8 times. Each time I get the run around or the last time I called earlier this month was told it was taken care of, and then get a bill showing it is not fixed. I was then told to call my insurance, which I do every time and have been told the same thing each time that they have my account number wrong. Today, she tried to tell me it is for another service and not a cleaning which is untrue and I told her what my insurance said. I called 8 times to get this fixed. Not calling anymore. Very displeased and I guess I need to find a new dentist that knows how to bill correctly, since it will be 7 months and no resolution!"

"Restored my faith in dentist. Will say, I believe a dentist named Kathy chipped my tooth and I had to pay out of pocket for her mistake which was unfortunate…. She showed me my two fillings with a broken tooth next to it and seemed to be upset that I pointed it out and noticed…. Aside from that the make and female dentist aside from her were amazing. Maybe she was having a bad day. She also seemed to have an issue with blood getting all over here and almost created a scene over it…. Will return but wasn’t thrilled over that part of experience. Aside from that I did really love how kind the other dentist were."

"Lorraine and Dr. Ritz were amazing! My son is 7 and is really afraid of going to the dentist. Lorraine showed him all the tools before she used them and even had great names for each of the tools. She put my son at ease and he was able to get a great cleaning. Dr. Ritz then checked his teeth and was too very fun and patient. I highly recommend this office for your little ones! Thanks so much Jacob’s teeth are sparkling!"

"I highly recommend checking out this dental office if you're looking for a dentist or a new one to try out, this place was absolutely incredible. To start, I had an 8:00am appointment on a Monday morning, but I swear it felt like a Friday afternoon with the enthusiastic environment presented by all of the staff. Both Brittany and Michelle at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful with making it very easy to complete the paperwork needed for my appointment. During my appointment, I had a deep cleaning with the dental hygienist, Tina, and I could not be appreciative of her work. My teeth never looked and felt cleaner. She was very personable with our conversations, and the cleaning, tips, & information she provided me with was very professional. Tina really did an amazing job. Finally, I had Dr. Dan Ritz, whom I would highly recommend as your dentist. - I had previously gone to another dentist at a different office that told me I would need to come back for multiple visits for my deep clean, which would have cost me additional time and money. - Dr. Dan Ritz informed me that was not necessary, he and his team got the cleaning done in one visit, and it was professional & pain-free. Fantastic & honest work, which is what I am always looking for, so again, I would highly recommend this team and Dr. Dan Ritz as your dentist. I never thought I'd say this regarding a dental office, but I am really looking forward to returning for my next visit to this office. Awesome & friendly staff that clearly love to be there, professional service by Dr. Dan Ritz, and a very clean & organized dental office. Amazing job well done by everyone there, thank you!"

Booking an appointment on short notice, completing paperwork upon arrival - everything went smoothly. Dr. Ritz provided quick and effective treatment for my issue that very same day! Based on my experience here, I will definitely be returning to receive care from such knowledgeable and friendly staff members in the future. Overall, this has been by far one of the best dental experiences I've had in years- highly recommended! The team is fast yet thorough; they keep you informed every step of the way making it genuinely comfortable & stress-free process all around-- truly amazing people who won't disappoint!
