"This taco bell used to be hit or miss before but it's been much improved now that it's no longer a split TB/KFC. The change was dramatic. The staff are polite and very attentive. The wait might be just a smidge long, but you can safely bet on the food being well prepared and hot. They're taking their time and it's working."

"Don't bother. They are rude as hell. Also, nothing makes me feel like my food hasn't been spit in like when it's thrown onto the counter like it's being thrown away. Didn't bother to ask if I wanted any sauce or the drink I paid for. I had to make a special request to get that. This store is run terribly from top to bottom!"

"I worked at taco bell so when it comes to the food quality, I know what's going on when I see it in the bag. Firstly, I nearly broke my tooth trying to eat the potatoes in my burrito. That was the first red flag. Potatoes that hard have been sitting out for hours and need replenished to keep their fluffy texture. Secondly, I placed a mobile order and got pulled to the waiting area, only to realize while on the way home that the burrito was slathered in sour cream. I always double check my orders before submitting them so there is no fault or confusion on my end. I do not expect perfect quality food, however I do expect monitors to be double checked on the order screen while they're being prepared. Thankfully I am only moderately intolerant and not full blown allergic. I would call and complain but based on the reviews underneath, that wouldn't make a difference."

"Pretty standard combined Taco Bell and KFC. Quick service, clean dining room. Food acceptable though not particularly noteworthy. Has a drive-thru window and ample parking."

"I placed a mobile order to pick up at the window. When I arrived at the store I went to the speaker the person told me to pull over to the mobile parking pickup area so I drove over there and there's a sign that says grab inside and go which is not what I asked for. I drive back to the window and she tells me that my order is not ready and that I need to go park there and I asked her are you going to bring my food out to me and she says yes but she never communicated that to me she said my order would be ready in 5 minutes and I am sitting here and it's 10 so I'm getting ready to drive back through. She then told me that the reason she parked me was because it was going to take the 5 minutes and she didn't want to mess up her timer. Well I understand but communication would have been nice and I am now sitting here for 12 minutes"
