Progressive Dental Kirkwood

"I had a root canal done that ended up failing a year later due to infected tissue being left over (confirmed by specialist). I tried to get it extracted after the infection survived 2 different antibiotic treatments but was encouraged to wait. Then my face swole up to a golf ball and I had to go to the emergency room to get it drained. I’m sure it was a simple mistake but I will be unfortunately finding another dentist."

"My first visit to the Kirkwood visit and I was treated with kindness and although all of my requested dental records from 2 dentists the office got to work dealing with one set of records and continued evaluating my situations for a crown and kept tending and evaluating my dental situation. Kudos to Dr Spera and his staff. I rate them 5 star x 2 = 10 first class stars."

"Went in today on an emergency , everyone was super nice and comforting. Dr. Oneida Quinones fixed me all up and she was super sweet !!!! I will 100% keep paying out of pocket for Dr.O to work on me as longs as she is practicing !!!"

"Been going here for almost a year now, and I have to say that as soon as the year plan I paid for us done, I will not be renewing or coming back to this practice. For starters, I’ve been having issues with pain since my first appointment, and all Dr. Blanchard seems to care about is adding more items to my care plan that are worth thousands of dollars(I pay cash, and once they realized this all of a sudden they need to do 10K plus in work…), instead of actually addressing the issues that are giving me pain. This issue, combined with the incredibly rude and cavalier attitude of the new front desk lady at my last appointment and the fact that I see a new hygienist every visit because of constant turnover, has really left me feeling ripped off to say the least. It honestly feels like a bait and switch, because I paid for a yearly plan upfront on the guise that i would have the same providers throughout, and this obviously hasn’t been the case. Judging from my experiences, Progrssive Dental seems to be a large, money hungry, chain operation that is focused on the bottom line/profits more so than patient care and satisfaction. Mind you, they harass patients and email and text them links for a week+ after an appointment with a link to write these reviews… hopefully they see this and make some changes, but its no sweat off my back if they dont, as I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"The whole experience was wonderful! Dr. Spera was attentive and explained multiple treatment plans before he began extracting a broken molar. The procedure went off without a hitch and he made sure it would be painless. Tracy, his tech, was also wonderful and she too explained everything and answered a boatload of questions before I even saw the doc. Practice was very clean and the entire staff made me fill at ease which was great because let’s face it no one likes going to the dentist! Well done and thank you to all of the Progressive Dental Kirkwood Dr and staff!"
