"I've never been to Polit & Costello before because their office is about 40 mins from my house. However, my normal dentist was out of state for a wedding and I needed help ASAP. I had an abscess form in my bottom molar with a crown. The pain went from mild to excruciating in less than 2 days. Dr. Polit got me right in to release some of the infected fluid from the gum line which provided a great deal of relief. I came back a week later, after being on an antibiotic, to receive a root canal. I'm in my 40's and have really bad dental anxiety. They put me on laughing gas / nitrous and performed the root canal and crown replacement. When the procedure was complete, and they got me out of the chair, I asked my husband if he in fact performed the root canal because I didn't feel a thing! I've had more discomfort and sensitivity from a simple drill and fill than I had with this root canal and crown replacement! Dr. Polit and his staff are so patient and kind and turned what I considered a totally dreadful procedure into a breeze of an appointment. They are a Godsend and I'm so grateful to have them in the area. They turned me into a lifetime patient. I would highly recommend them for any type of dental work."

"I’m so happy to have found this place. I went to my previous dentist to have my crown re-cemented that had fell off a week after having my 6 month cleaning. I was told my base wasn’t stable enough to hold the crown. I would need a whole new crown, or partial dentures. So not feeling comfortable with what he told me, I felt I needed a second opinion. I then looked up Polit & Costello, and boy was I happy I did. The place was wonderful and the atmosphere was Pleasant and my hygienist Daniel was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative, patient and kind. He made me feel comfortable in my seat while he took x-rays and went over everything. Dr Costello is a doll, he’s so friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. I was so happy that he was able to recement my crown without any x-Ray issues.
