She was on the phone with Corporate for over 90 min working to resolve my problems. She was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable of my issues. I HAVE NOTHING BUT HIGH PRAISE FOR HER.!!!!!"
"Worst bank. Had a horrible experience when someone fraudulently wrote a check in my name and it took 3 months to get my money back. Customer service is poor too. I've had the same job for 13 years and always deposit the same check from another Truist account and the always hold the money. I'm going elsewhere. Awful."
"I have used this bank for years. I needed to either withdraw a cashier's check or submit a wire transfer, and the teller told me both services were unavailable, first because "we don't have the money" and then because "the manager is in a meeting all day." The seller's agent suggested I call the bank's office to set up an in-person wire transfer. I gave up after calling several times, and getting the same teller on the phone saying "we don't have the money" for a wire transfer. I had to drive to a "Truist" outpost in a Safeway produce section, of all places, in Gaithersburg and this amazing teller did it, right before it was due. Thanks Gaithersburg truist safeway teller, you're amazing."
"What is happening at the Suntrust Bank At 18110 Village Mart Dr. in Olney Maryland? I have been trying to make a simple address change on a checking account since January 4, 2022. Today is January 25, 2022. First of all it is extremely difficult to get through on the phone. When someone does answer the phone it is quite likely that you will be disconnected or hung up on intentionally which has happened to me a half dozen times since January 4. Forget about trying to reach the branch manager Mr. Rahim. He is either out of the building, out to lunch or simply does not return phone calls. Today finally someone did answer the phone but was unable to help me as they told me they were just answering phones. Perhaps it’s time for a bank change. Just too, too frustrating for a simple savings and checking account. Today I was told I would receive a call back from our woman by the name of Merertu. Having read other reviews I am expecting that I will not receive that call either."
"Worst bank I have ever been to. I was working with a lady by the name of Missouree to inquire about a loan. She told me it is possible to acquire said loan with my awesome credit score. She said she would reach out to me for more information. She contacted me back saying it was not possible and I thought nothing of it and went to a different bank. Apparently, this lady ran my credit score and applied me for a loan that I did NOT consent to. Ontop of that, she never sent me an email, gave me a call or even told me about how she ran my credit score without my consent. I had to find out from another bank that this happened and it has lowered my credit score and caused me a higher intrest rate because of this person. This lady ruins people's credit yet claims she "repairs credit". She can't even teach basic finance to kids let alone adults. Stay away from this bank and find a more reputable one."
