"The person who worked there was on a stool fixing the door or something. I waited for him to safely move before entering. He never said one word to me ...I just walked up to the shelf to get my order and he still didn't say one word. It was kinda strange."

"They are the rudest group of people I’ve called, I asked for a refund because the third party delivery group never delivered my food and I heard them talk about me because I was asking questions. Don’t waste your money here."

"I went in here around 8pm, there was young man working the line and a few people ahead me, his customer service was so bad towards the woman he was servicing that i left. I was so stunned… like he was basically throwing her food around, slamming the oven door and just being very rude. The woman stayed calm the entire time and luckily the others in line were there to support her. I noticed i wasn’t the only one who walked out either but honestly I’m afraid to return."

"I just left subway and Zeddy is the best at making sub's he made my sub perfect to the T, and his smile is warming and welcoming he dias pointed me when he told me they don't have the red chilli sauce anymore ( which is not his fault ) anywho I was satisfied God Bless everyone stay safe and happy holidays"

"They do not accept any electronic transactions at the moment. Service is really slow and they are currently using a calculator to finish cash transactions and they couldn’t even give me a receipt. Spent about 10 minutes of my time trying to figure out how much do I owe and how much change I should get back. The subway is clean and I like that, but when it comes to dealing with customers they should be more professional. Lucky I am not hard to deal with."
