"I’ve been with this bank for several years and had nothing but good experiences with them. They have always shown wonderful and helpful staff who always did a remarkable job. Today, they have destroyed my trust with them. A client gave me a fraudulent check and I deposited it in good faith to the bank. My family wanted me to talk with the bank to check if they could check the deposit to be verified, but immediately, I was told to pull out the check, cancel, whatever by the bank representative. I did exactly what I was told and the check was put on hold for ten long days. I received absolutely no notification of the check being fraudulent from an email, a letter, a text, or a phone call. Nothing. My account was locked out and after one phone call to them, I was told that my account will be locked for 6 MONTHS and the only way to pay off my credit card is through the companies directly, not electronically. This was after partial lifted from the restrictions too. MY CREDIT CARD BILL IS DUE TOMORROW AND DOES NOT ACCEPT THIS FORM OF PAYMENT. I was left with no other alternative than to pull my money out of this account and to cancel services with them. What am I suppose to do if my job gives me a bad check or if my parent gave me a bad check? What if someone gave me fake money? There is no security in system to protect the customer, only for this bank. There is no trust. There is no communication. There are only great people who work for this company looking at you with the lack of ability to help you because this bank does not care about you. I only left an extra star only to show respect for the people who work here. Like what the bank did to me, you get nothing. Remember people, money is fake. There is no true value. You can have all the money in the world, but if the banks mess it up, there is only collapse. I just hope Apple realizes this… Money only has value if we think that it does… and a bank’s value is only worth what we, the customers, believe that it has…"
"I called Apple customer service for request a new debit card I waited 2 months, nothing come, today I went to this branch, they let me wait almost 20 minutes just for print a new card, but still because print not working, I didn’t get my card, come on , why always there’s issue."
"I had a very bad experience, first i called and got a confirmation that i can apply for car loan for 2015 or higher model which has less than 100k miles. After choosing a vehicle one employee at the branch said we only do cars that are 2016 and new. After that he ran my credit asked a question if i was non-immigrant with work authorization and denied the loan, even after presenting all the valid documents."
"They refused to add me to my mother's exisiting account due to the "Patriot Act" which was triggered by my US passport... This doesn't really make sense. Lifon Maghrabilian refused to help the teller override the system to enter my address as I stated it, and so when the system rejected it (becasue they would't write it correctly), he proceeded to tell me that I needed to produce multiple sets of documentation to prove an address that he would NOT type into the computer... and round and round we go. So, for a 5 minute transaction, we wasted 40 minutes and dealt with rude and unprofessional behavior. Consequently, my mother has closed the account. They've lost business, and I sincerely hope their management reads this review and figures out how to improve. Absurd."
"Mi son and I, when to this open at prepaid credit card and the person to giving to us the service that day after the do it everything for the aplicación was pending, he let know to us he will call us next day and that is about a week. HE WILL BE NEVER RETURN THE CALL Poor customer services and career less for the clients to had acct8with this bank or office . Remember something do you have job because we have account we your bank , and the more disappointed me is because was a hispanic men and when you try to call tho this office and Sterling they don't have a direct number for that exactly bank they are tranfer you to talk to another's persons when you want to talk with the person who make the bad customer service ."
