"Rude front desk employee. Many many many months after the mask mandate has been lifted did this gentleman sigh and sneer at me when I entered without a mask. Quipped about the virus when I stated I did not need a mask and he could wear one if he likes. His answer was “well, what do you need?” I need nothing from this business now. Too bad he could have sold a hot tub with install this day. Will always take my business elsewhere for both my new tub and my existing pool!!"

"Staff is very friendly and happy to help. We started going during the pandemic with our blow up pool and they helped trouble shoot and diagnose our pool water issues and helped with remedy. Now with a 14000 gallon salt water pool, we returned this summer and still receive the same friendly service. Color print outs with step by step remedy instructions are available in minutes. Will continue to allow Olympia pools to help keep our family safe and healthy during pool season."

"The guys who came out were very rude and unprofessional, they forced our gate open from the outside - it was only supposed to open from the inside, so now it’s broken. Management took no responsibility for damage caused and completely backed up their workers rude attitude. Rot seems to be endemic from the top down. Avoid unless you want damage to your property and a completely wasted day. Having to look else where for a good pool service. Which we found with Boonton Pools."

"Very bad experience, i would give zero. Such unreliable and unprofessional company. They Don’t show up, they don’t call you back for weeks, they leave you with an unfinished opening and green water, explaining nothing. Ordered pieces for the pump which they never delivered. Don’t expect them any customer service, they just don’t care."
