They talk down to their customers because they don’t have your meds ready when called in days ahead of time and they blame it on the insurance, computer error, or the way the Dr called it in. It’s The same meds and the same insurance every month. It’s obvious that their staff needs better training, and a crash course on how to treat customers with respect.
