"I’ve been here before and usually good service. NOT TODAY. Had to ask multiple times for help. Response , The items down this isle. Finally had to ask him to walk me to the chemical I needed. Then he had to unpack box which I guess he originally expected me to do. He seemed taken back when I mentioned the issues with service. Some customer service trading is in order."

"Janet was so kind, helpful and explained what I needed to do when a pipe spring a leak. She helped me understand how easy it would be to replace etc. She did not have the parts in stock. She told me which stores to buy the parts in even though she would not get my business etc. We have been buying all our supplies from this store and appreciate their candid advice. We are not handy but have managed to open and close our pool ourselves thanks to timely advice from this store."
