"Karen and the other Pharmacists are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!"
"Got both of my COVID-19 vaccine shots done. Only issue is walk INS were served before people with actual appointments. I made plans around that and didn't expect to have to wait on four other people to go ahead of me. Other than that, service and staff were friendly."
"All the pharmacists are knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant. The pharmacy techs are also pleasant and helpful.Occassionally someone may have a bad day and forget to smile, but; who is perfect ? I sure am not.You may have to wait a bit if they have a lot of scripts to fill, but I've never had to wait very long and you can always browse in the store and come back. My grandaughter has had to wait at Giant Eagle for over an hour already."
"In spite of being very busy at 7pm, Edward and his staff were professional and efficient and I got my second Shingles vaccine injection in about 30 minutes. I was more than happy to wait; the protection is worth it! Glad Walmart had the vaccine."
"I have to call every month to make sure they have my script and have filled it. More often than not, I have to call my doctor and ask them to resend the script. I recently found out that if you ask the pharmacy if your prescription is "on hold" that will pull up refills they wouldn't otherwise see in the "default" look-up they use (thanks, doc!). I have had to go without medication over weekends because of their lack of competency. Every refill I need comes with the added headache of dealing with this pharmacy. I'm switching ASAP....not worth the time."
