"In the final: we had to call the police to keep him off my property! Never, ever, never again do we want any association with Ken. He destroyed my pool filtration and plumbing! Broke my heater, which had nothing to do with why I called him. Had to bring in a new contractor to “repair” his mess and damage. Very unprofessional! I think it’s time Ken retires and stops doing whatever it is he prophases to be. You are now warned! Be guided accordingly! PS: what started out as a simple one hour $150 repair, ended up costing me almost $3,000 and not able to use my pool during most of August!"

"Worked with Joanne on getting my pool cover replaced in 2021, and now my pool liner and pool light in 2022. Everything was great! Keep in mind you should be planning your new liners now to ensure they are installed for next Spring as the supply chain issues are real!"

"**Read BEFORE hiring them** Unfortunately, I have had nothing but a very terrible experience with this company. The year we moved into our house they installed a new pool liner that was done horribly-cut too short, measured incorrectly and wrinkled. At the time we were new pool owners and didn’t know the damage that this could cause. Because of the liner being too short it has now caused the track and the liner to come off the wall and is falling into our pool. The liner is still completely within warranty and we have called this company multiple times to come and address the issue that they caused and they either will not take your call or do not call you back. After weeks and weeks we finally got someone to call back and she told us she was “working on a fix” and that she would call back the next day. Weeks went by with no call back and when I finally called them again they stated that “she was too busy” to take my call. I offered to come up in person and talk to her and they told me no, that she was not available to talk to me. It’s really unfortunate that this company won’t stand behind their work and correct their own mistakes. I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone."
