"They are ridiculous when trying to get a prescription, they'll tell you it's ready on one day you go try to pick it up and the date changes. This has happened more than once and then they say they can't tell you which prescription is due to be filled. I feel horrible for any elderly people who have to deal with them."
"They have messed up my prescriptions and my step daughters prescriptions which are on two completely separate plans. I had to go without two different prescriptions one of which I have taken for migraines for over 15 years for two weeks. My birth control was not approved for two weeks by insurance so by the time I got it I had to wait until the following month. Then they completely lost the information that her dad had given them and keep trying to charge her for her birth control. They consistently keep having issues, I don’t know if they have changed systems, or what. I have had something happen monthly since this year started."
