"The procedure for collecting biometrics went quite quickly. The employee was polite and efficient, I had trouble choosing my race (white is now missing) and was assigned as Caucasian/Latino. Suddenly! A year ago, I was in this office on a different issue, an employee performed a task for the first time, asked for help from colleagues, and she was given training in my presence. She tried! A mistake has been made. Nobody checked! I had problems and returned to the office without an appointment. An employee came out to us, he didn’t want to get into it. We insisted, but he resisted. He corrected the mistake. There was no apology. Wasted time and nerves."

"Really bad experience I had for biometric collection. I made the appointment 2 weeks ago, but when I arrived, I was only told that they don't offer biometric collection service today. There's no explanation and no planB offered. To reschedule I will have to wait for at least 2 weeks, which will be too late me. This is complete insane. Good luck guys :)"

"Be careful - this branch doesn’t allow walk in for biometrics collection that is earlier than the actual appointment date. The walk-in review is outdated. They used to allow it but not now anymore. However, still found it super disappointing. My appointment was scheduled 15 days later (earliest I can book) but I really need it to get it done urgently. It wasn’t busy at the site and lady appears to have the capacity for much more appointments. But she rejected my walk-in request and asked me to do it on the day (probably just the rule). But this rule seems to be very unreasonable. If they are actually busy and can’t schedule early, sure. But the finger print collection process is very simple and there’s enough capacity. Why keep the unnecessary waiting time?!"
