"I cannot recommend a company who cancels a job (the day before) that was scheduled 3 months in advanced. No apologies. Could care less attitude. I called in February to schedule a pool install for May, in advance of two events for us (a confirmation & high school graduation). The person I spoke to over the phone took my info and gave me a quote. I asked if anyone was going to stop by and see the work that needed to be done? I explained that I had a previous pool with a deck around it and other details I thought were important. The old pool was taken out and I had purchased a slightly smaller pool. They're response was, "No, we do this all the time". The day before I got a call to take pictures of the area and send it to them. Now, we did have a lot of rain this spring so I expected some issues and possibly a delay. The next day I get a call that it cannot be done that day because of the water, understandably. I asked when I can be rescheduled for since the party was that weekend. They needed to call me back. A couple of hours later, they called back saying they didn't have anything available until July, WHAT?! Not the best part. Then they said, "After taking a look at the pictures, the installer said he couldn't do the job... half the deck would need to be removed." WHAT?! I was livid. After some back and forth of me asking questions, and them giving excuses, I asked why someone doesn't come by to assess the job? They set up a meeting for 2 weeks later. I asked to speak with the owner and was just told he was unavailable and, "The owner will be the one you're going to meet with". The day of the appointment, no one showed up or called. The next day, I sent them a short email stating how disappointed I was and how unprofessional they were. A few minutes later, I get a call from them. I ignored it, they didn't leave a message. Thanks for ruining two parties and this summer. It's very hard to find an available pool installer once the season starts."

They were quick, efficient and knew what they were doing! They didn’t give me a crazy quote either. I needed my pool rebuilt becaUse it was put up wrong last year. Definitely recommend serve it all !"
