"When I am in the princefedrick area I will always look to stay here first. Most the time prices are good. The staff is all wonderful from the receptionist to the breakfast lady's and the cleaning women we had. The check in was simple, any questions got answered. Rooms are clean the pool is nice. My kids myself my dog my boyfriend all felt welcome comfortable and it was exactly what a great hotel should be."

"I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels. This hotel is by far the cleanest and friendliest. The staff were pleasant. The entire vibe of the hotel and staff is laid back and happy. They welcome their customers as if you are just as important as the next. Great level of energy and effort put into everything they do and it’s apparent. The breakfast was awesome! I have had the same breakfast many times over at holiday inns and this hotel takes the cake on the breakfast. It was cooked very well. The biscuit were cooked properly and cut in half! Everything was great. I will be returning to this hotel. Thank you!"

"This hotel is by far one of the best that I've stayed at. The only issue I had was the fridge leaking water but the front desk immediately came to the room and tried to assist. Other than that I didn't have any problems. The breakfast is awesome. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You will not be disappointed."

"Several issues in room. The toilette was broken and ran nonstop, the telephone clicked all night and kept us us, the air conditioner sounded like it had a plastic bag stuck in it and the filters were dirty (I cleaned them myself), the USB ports were broken and didn’t charge devices. Then we were woken up by a fire alarm that lasted about 15 seconds before being tuned off. Breakfast was about the only nice thing."
