"A Summer of Discontent: Fox Pool Management's Neglect Leaves Residents Fuming As a resident of our community for several years, I felt compelled to share my experiences with Fox Pool Management, the company responsible for overseeing our beloved community pool. My hope is that my words serve as a cautionary tale to both current residents and potential homeowners considering this community. In my time here, I have witnessed a steady decline in the maintenance and overall quality of our pool facilities, and this summer marked a new low in terms of mismanagement and utter disregard for residents' well-being. Neglect and Disarray: Fox Pool Management's performance can only be described as a complete dereliction of duty. The once-pristine pool area has now devolved into what can only be likened to a toxic waste pit. Throughout the summer, the pool water remained murky and unsanitary, and the surrounding area was littered with debris and unkempt landscaping. This neglect has not only affected the aesthetics but also the health and safety of those attempting to use the facilities. Ruined Holidays: Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends are meant to be a time of celebration and relaxation for our community. Unfortunately, Fox Pool Management managed to turn these holidays into disastrous events. Instead of being able to enjoy the pool with family and friends, we were met with closed gates, broken equipment, and a pool that was anything but inviting. These weekends were marred by their incompetence and indifference. Monthly Association Fees: One of the most frustrating aspects of this situation is that residents like myself faithfully pay monthly association fees to gain access to the pool. We do so with the expectation that our investment will be reflected in a well-maintained and enjoyable pool experience. Fox Pool Management has shown zero regard for fulfilling this responsibility and seems to have little interest in providing the service for which we are paying. Complete Disregard for Residents: What is most disheartening is the complete disregard for the residents who make this community their home. Fox Pool Management has failed to recognize the importance of the pool as a focal point of our neighborhood. The apathy displayed by this company is an insult to the hardworking individuals and families who have invested their time, money, and trust in this community. In conclusion, my experience with Fox Pool Management has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their inability to properly manage and maintain our community pool has not only soured my perception of our neighborhood but has also left a bitter taste in the mouths of many residents. I implore the homeowner's association to take immediate action to rectify this situation, as it is imperative that we restore the pool to its former glory and ensure that our community's amenities are properly managed and maintained. I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure the same disappointment and frustration that I and many others have experienced this summer. It is high time that Fox Pool Management be held accountable for their negligence and lack of respect for our community."

"Fox Pools is absolutely EXCELLENT! Mike and his team have been incredibly professional, kind, responsible, responsive, reliable and I could go on and on... We are so grateful we started this relationship with Fox Pools! They made our 2023 season go by so smoothly with very minimal stress. Their responsiveness is almost immediate. Any small issue that came up (very minor ones) it was handled right away. Their choice in life guards is really good; Young people but so mature and responsible! There is always one person or another in our property checking on things and communicating with us. We could not be happier with their service!! We recommend them to anyone needing an outstanding experience with their pool!"
