"Pro swim is an awesome family owned and operated gym! They are a state of the art facility that offers personal training, both on land and in water. Their trainers, Marty and Patti Ann are very knowledgeable and do a really great job with designing exercise programs specific to your needs. They train all ages, from teenagers to individuals in their 80s! They also have circuits and spin classes throughout the week. At this facility they have three separate pools, two of which are "endless" with adjustable current speeds that adapt to your swim rate. Whether you are training for a swim competition, triathalon or just want to get a solid workout in, Proswim is the place to go! Two of the pools also have underwater treadmills which is especially helpful for those that cannot tolerate weight bearing exercise due to knee or back pain. Bernie performs stroke pattern analysis in the back pool to improve the swimmers biomechanics. He does this by use of underwater cameras and waterproof ear phones to allow "real-time" instruction. The video gets streamed to a large flat screen in front of the pool to then review and get visual feedback, stroke by stroke. The really cool part about this is Bernie then shares the performance with the client via private youtube channel with additional videos that will help further improve the clients form. I would highly recommend this gym!"
