"Came at 7am. to install the pool before the storm hit at 11 am. Finished by 10 am. Had to call to have a small issue fixed. They promptly returned the next day and quickly fixed the issue. The Liner looks great with not a wrinkle in sight."

"Edit: This company ended up going above and beyond to figure out what went wrong and how to prevent it it from happening again. They corrected the issue over the course of multiple weeks, not their fault it took so long. They did this at no cost to me. They worked with us every step of the way and didn't stop until the job was completed correctly and to our satisfaction. Would recommend them and will use them when I replace our pool entirely. Contacted to replace pool liner with recommendation from Niagra Pool & Spa. Wife was told to purchase play sand as they would remove the old sand and put in the new, they never did. Removed the old liner and left it in trash bags on the side of my house. Here's the real problem. After they finished and were paid, I proceeded to start filling the pool, only to find 36 holes in the pool frame and liner. Al the holes were at the same height along the lower seam of the liner. There were no holes in the walls as I had to drain the pool prior to the installation . Now I have to purchase a new pool entirely as the walls can't be repaired. Stay away from this company."
