"I’d ABSOLUTELY FIRE the woman you have working in your store today, she is the most ignorant person at your store. Have been here multiple times since beginning of summer and hands down hate when I only see her working in your store. Also fix your water tester, seems to always be down when she is working."

"I have been going her awhile but I won't be back. I was having a pool problem where I needed some parts. When I went in the woman before even asking what type of pool I had, what make my filter is for parts, is it sand or de, she told me no I don't have any of that stuff. She hadn't even looked at what I had and one of the parts was in my pocket. She was also extremely rude and for what reason I'm not sure. She had turned her back to me before I was even able to finish my question. Dissapointed in there customer service is an understatement because in my case I didn't even receive any. Won't ever go back"

"We stopped in to get some supplies for our new pool last weekend. After being ignored by the staff for a half hour we settled on a battery operated pool vacuum. Of course the store doesn't actually sell the batteries you need for the vacuum. No problem, we'll stop at Kmart on the way home and grab aome. While at Kmart we come across a pool vacuum that runs off the pools pump! Nice, no batteries and it's definitely going to be more powerful. It's not like the product from Leslie's even has specifications on it anywhere. Plus the Kmart vacuum is half the price. We skip the batteries and get their vacuum instead. We come back to Leslie's on Monday to return their vacuum, unopened in the box. Not only do they give us a hard time returning it, they outright REFUSE TO REFUND US with the receipt and unopened package. Never again will we step foot inside any of this company's stores."

"Staff is very helpful the location is great. Prices are way too high on some things and some staff needs to be taught more about the product and what goes with what so I don't have to come back with returns. And when shipments come in people should not be told that they can't get it out of the truck in to come back 3 days later"
