"We found Del Val by searching google for someone to re-tile and cope our in-ground pool as well as open the pool for the summer (once the work was complete). We contacted 8 different pool companies, we received call-backs from 5, and 3 of them were willing to come give us a quote within a week's time. Del Val was one of the 3. The owner (Mark) came out and gave us a quote - provided a ton of samples for us to look at and did not push us into making any decisions. Within a day of reviewing the samples, we were scheduled to have the new tile and coping installed. They came out 2 weeks later and demo'd, installed, and cleaned up in a matter of two days. Unlike some of the reviews below, Mark/Del Val stuck to the schedule they told us and kept us informed of any necessary adjustments. We purchased our home 2 years ago and have been renovating non stop - so we are sensitive to price and timing. Del Val is definitely at the top of our list in terms of service and value so far. I've attached some after pics (after tile and coping work, pool is being filled as I type). We are extremely pleased and highly recommend them."

"I wanted to like this company because their rates are reasonable, but despite my efforts, we had so many issues with them that I cannot honestly recommend them to anyone. Major issue was the fact that the pool levels were never right. We constantly emailed and messaged the owner about this and in the beginning he would send a second crew out to fix the issue, but it still was never 100% correct. Either the chlorine levels were too high, or PH was too low. After a while, we just gave up, and accepted the fact that it would not be done well. We used another pool service in the past which was more expensive but they always had our pool perfectly clean and leveled. Second, I liked that they offered a two day opening, but with our opening they came first day and couldn't deal with the water on top of our hard cover, so they put a pump out and left. Second day, they took the cover off and started filling the pool (no cleaning or anything). And that was considered our opening. The next time they came to actually open the pool it counted against our weekly service. I do not usually like to leave negative reviews but this really was not a good experience and I want people to know. I had read other negative reviewes about the company but naively ignored them. Do not make my mistake."

"Have used the Del Val P& M services for many many years. In fact Mark and company were there when I called after purchasing the home with a pool in need of some help, they did a great job rejuvenating the old pool. So when we decided to fully renovated our masonry pool in Cinnaminson Mark was first and only call. Providing new drain, skimmers& lines, sand filter, gas heater, solar panels, salt system as well as creating a brand new pool for our family and friends to enjoy. Which we did for 10-12 yrs. before moving to the shore full time. Great job and super customer service before, during and after the Reno was complete. I won’t hesitate referring anyone to DVP&M."
