"Contacted ERC after observing a depression form on my property. They recommended a tank sweep which came back with negative results for an oil tank. After expressing my concern to them about coming out to look into what I've discovered in this depression regardless of scan results, they're telling me it's sewage from an old septic tank. I'm trying to get this urgent issue resolved so they offered a quote to open up and backfill the problem area. In the quote it said in the event a septic tank is found they would offer a quote to remove the tank while ultimately leaving out the cost to remove a septic tank if one should be discovered. When I questioned what it would cost if that were the case they questioned why there would be a septic tank there when this is the information THEY gave me. They have since stopped communicating with me when all I'm doing is trying to get information. This company has left me with more questions than answers and I've wasted my money and time dealing with them."
