"I wish I could give 0 stars. I have always tried to support small businesses, but I’ve had enough with these people. Every single time I come in they are curt, patronizing, dismissive or outright rude. For whatever reason, I kept coming back. This morning I came in to make hundreds of dollars in purchases for my pool. As I stepped in I was shooed out and scolded, while being told they are conducting business outside. I have no problem with that. We all need to stay safe. Just be polite. I’m a (formally) paying customer. There’s no sign out front indicating your intention. How am I supposed to know? In this messed up world, would it kill you to be nice? Anyway, ordering my pool supplies from Amazon from now on. Shame."

"We have been thrilled with Sparkling pools. About ten years ago, we were having tons of issues our pool water. Many companies had us spending tons of chemicals that never cleared the issue up. A friend of ours told us about Sparking pools and they had our water fixed up in three days. Now they open, close and test our water for us when needed. Truly knowledgeable!!"

"First, the big guy's name is Lou. LOL Second, I've been using Sparkling since we first bought our "first" pool in 2005. The pool had needed parts and things replaced over the years and Sparkling ALWAYS or almost always has the parts. If not, they can get it. The staff is friendly and recognize me everytime I come in. Water tests are no charge and the staff has kept my water "Sparkling" clear since 2005. To those posting that their prices are high, try going to Leslies or one of the brand name stores. Sparkling Pools prices are competitive with everyone else. The staff is direct and informative, so if you're having problems with your pool whether it be water or equipment, I'd say listen to their advice. They've been in the same location with the family staff for over 30 yrs. maybe longer. You won't find that at Leslie's. You won't get stuff pushed on you either. They know what they're doing. Period. If they seem rude as other people posted, maybe it's because they're trying to help and have to deal with customers who won't listen. I've seen this happen first hand. Headed to Sparkling now for a water test. I know I won't be disappointed."

"I've been dealing with them for 14 years. All for chemicals for my pool. The share was the 1st time I had to have them come out to my pool because my pool was filled with mud from somebody else's property. They had the job done within 2 days and now we can enjoy our pool again. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. Same people in the store for 14 years and they treat you like family."

"The lady who helped me was really sweet, courteous, helpful and took care of me right away. I went home with everything I needed (after she did the free water test) and after she carefully explained to me all the steps to go through. The other clerks in the store seemed equally gracious and helpful, and the prices are not more than Home Depot given the better quality (more concentrated products) of what they offer."
