""Avoid the wait. Order Online" they say. First, let me say the food was very good. Unfortunately, the service was dismal! I arrived 10 minutes before my pickup time, which was earlier than normal dinner hours and sat down to wait. No other customers were in the store. One person was working behind the counter and talking to another worker not in sight. After my pickup time, another worker came out to the counter and started working. I thought the first worker was filling my order, but no, they were making their own dinner and came out to the table side to eat. Another worker eventually came out after a group came in to order. Only 1 other customer came in during that time to pickup their food, they left without it and returned 10 minutes later to get it. No other orders were completed during this time. After 28 minutes, 18 minutes past my pickup time, one of the workers asked my name and mine was the order she was just packing, 2 subs, which took 2 people at least 28 minutes to put together."
"Firehouse company - PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THIS LOCATION! I have been a long time customer, love your food and sandwiches and vibe, but this location needs to be revamped! Firstly, no one ever answers the phone for pick up orders or customer questions! Secondly, the soda machine had no ice and all of the drinks were flat and tasted funny. Thirdly, needs a deep clean and perhaps some reupholstering? Love your store and food, but this was disappointing."
"Waited 10 minutes end my sub is literally cold..like the bread is cold. It’s a hot sub, thag didn’t even get toasted. This used to be my favorite lunch spot but I won’t be going back to this location"
"Ordered and came to the car to eat and it was disgusting! The bread was soggy and the food was cold. How that is possible in the time it took to walk outside. Went back in and asked them to reheat and they said they don’t have a microwave or way to heat. There was nothing but one single steak Em, a wad of lettuce and bread to this sandwich. I will never patronize them again!"
"Place was completely empty at lunchtime. The staff greeted me and were polite. The bread was dense, the meat was good, but there was so much Mayo and mustard it ruined it. I needed a handful of napkins. It was everywhere."
