"I visited this location on 1/14/2024 and when I walked in; the staff of obviously young kids who don’t care about any type of customer services were blatantly eating platters of Chinese food on the middle counter as I was trying to pay for my lane. Later on in the middle of the game I paid for; I went to purchase food at the stand there and asked if they took Apple Pay and I was told they’re cash only. But I paid Apple Pay when I came in. As i’m walking away the employees ask each other “What did she ask you” as if I’m not right there. I’ll never return here; the level of unprofessionalism is unreal."

"Called ahead to make sure a lane was available. We were told yes that league bowling was over at 9, and it was first come first serve. We get there and my man is told nothing is available. By the same person that answered the phone. This place doesn’t give an “inclusive” vibe. Seems like they cater to those who look like themselves. No worries. We will give our black dollars to someone else."

"We hosted my son’s 6th birthday party here after attending a party last year. Trudy was a pleasure to work with, and Anthony was a true gem the day of the party to ensure the party went smoothly - and he’s so great with the kids! The party room worked out great, the pizza was tasty, and the kids loved bowling and the arcade games. Highly recommend!"

"Service was quick even with a lane switch. It was pretty full but not a problem. Parking was easy. My lane got stuck and they fixed that pretty quickly. Had a good time."

"First timer at this establishment. Visited on a Tuesday afternoon and there were no other patrons there (yay) but some did arrive later. The employee ( older nice guy) working behind the counter was very pleasant and professional. Hadn’t bowled in a while so it was a fun experience. Ordered wings as a quick snack and OMG, they were hot and fresh. Money well spent. Good day overall."
