"I usually do not leave reviews but I will leave one this morning. Whomever, I spoke with ( she didn’t give her name ) was very curt and quite frankly sounded as if she didn’t like her job or simply just had a funky attitude. . Half mumbling while asking questions and when I repeated the time back to clarify she rudely repeated it back. I guess she was annoyed I couldn’t take the first two appointments she offered. I am overnight worker and have other children I have to get their perspectives places and knew I wouldn’t make it in time so I asked for something later. These new people they have answering the phones are very rude. Every single time as of late this is how it’s been and quite frankly makes me want to leave. They have some phenomenal doctors and NP’s just for administration to have piss poor attitudes. I get the job can be stressful, I have worked the same job, parents shouldn’t be met with rude staff when trying to make appointments."

"If I call 8 am .. never have appointments y if call for regular appointment they have appointments for 2 months away o more. Maybe they don’t have enough doctors .. all times I need to go at Medstar o other provider. I trying take an appointment but when I solicit translator I need to wait long time and hang up. They should not receive more patients if they do not have capacity."
