"Just bought chlorine tabs this morning, found mine at home, went to return they said no. Keep in mind the tabs were never open and the seal were never touched. I was never informed that they were not returnable and when I asked when trying to return, the girl said read your receipt. Been going there for years. No more, this is wrong, especially when they remembered you fron 2 hrs ago. Horrible experience. Carlton pools have a very friendly staff and go the extra mile to help. Never ever had a problem there. They are on York Rd down the street from Rita's. Check them out, prices are alot better also"
