"The shuttle bus driver that brought us to the hotel was great at doing her job. The staff accidently marked us down at leaving at 1:30 am. instead of pm. That morning, my husband asked for confirmation. The wrong time was still not corrected unbeknownst to us. When it was time for us to leave. The front desk rep. Did nothing to try to correct the situation. She could have had the second shuttled cleared of snow to drive us to the airport. Instead, we were left to deal with this problem, so we got a ride from the hotel next door to the Red Roof Inn+."

"The room was actually much larger and had a lot of seating options which was unexpected. Location is a bit far to walk for food or coffee (it might be better if we had better weather!). Unfortunately, we left before the breakfast so was unable to try the food but they seemed to also offer an extensive room service menu. The staff always said hello as you passed them. Overall, the stay was above satisfactory for an overnight stay. They offer shuttles around the clock for people catching flights which made our lives heaps easier. The only feedback I had was, I would’ve appreciated if the shuttle stopped at the necessary airlines. We only stopped at the first airline and the driver asked for everyone to get out."

"The staff is rude and disrespectful. Too young and clearly uneducated on how to run an establishment of this stature. As far as policies and procedures go, this hotel and their uneducated staff leave much to be desired. I would never recommend this particular establishment to anyone, especially if you are white!! And a note to the "general manager" who leaves a reply: DON'T BOTHER because nothing, absolutely nothing has improved in your establishment. I don't believe you even try judging by my experience. Thank God I didn't eat the breakfast because judging by your reviews, I probably would have thrown up. This place is a disgrace to a society that struggles with racism. Your staff proved they clearly are not part of the solution!! Disgusting is what they are. Thanks for absolutely nothing!!"

"Stayed overnight for a last minute trip. Room smelled like fresh bleach and I appreciated and welcomed that. However, the bed was not comfortable at all and the pillows are for a toddler. Tossed and turned all night trying to get comfy. Black mold is a problem in the bathroom at not fault of housekeeping but it’s maintenance/facilities issue. There’s peeling in the ceiling as if they have problems with leaking of some sort. Overall, it’s clean but they need to do better with upgrades and fixing things to make it more hospitable."

"I have stayed in bargain hotels and 5-star hotels. This location is like the Red Roof Inn it is next to. This may be great if you want a quick place to stay overnight for an early flight. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and bad pillows. The bathroom had a nice remodeled sink, and the shower looked fine. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There are a lot of exits and entries. The room we had smelled musty and even with my travel oils it was hard to miss. The halls smell of damp, must, and air fresheners. Being sensitive I itched the entire night and morning. There is food and what looks like vomit on the carpet of the halls. The breakfast was very poor quality for the price point, even for the boxed eggs. It advertised $76 a night but we paid $155, so being full to capacity there is no excuse. I regret not spending the bit more to stay at the Marriott across the street for the comfort of a clean space and a hotel that's held to quality standards. I am about to check out and regret booking this through Wyndham's website, and will avoid returning here in the future."
