"Would be interesting to see if this gets deleted seeing how there are only positive reviews. I have worked for ERP for 6 months. With my current experience with this company they do not pay for experience or licensing. At Mountain Home AFB a Registered nurses are getting the same base pay as a Licensed Practical Nurse. When confronted about they imply that of employees lying and only a dollar or two more an hour. so the company continues to make money the most that they possibly can. As the Program manager was explaining that she discussed with her supervisor and their main concern was preventing the company losing money. I would not recommend working for this company."

"Management is all over the place they got the contract on a whim (DFC) low pay for position and Deepak is an incompetent backstabbing coward. Told me everything was Alright and completely sold me out to the board for a project that was already complete."
