"Very nice clean feel king suite with living rm, shower, fridge and microwave. Very spacious. The event reception (free drink) was a nice bonus and breakfast was fantastic! Just wish they had bacon when we stayed but instead 2 different kinds of sauage the omelet station was a nice touch and those guys move fast."

"So, I love having separate spaces in the room, it is like a suit. However, I was expecting to have two real beds! I would rather have a room with two beds so everyone sleeps well! I am disappointed in that. Otherwise, it seems good. I love the shampoo and conditioner! I never use this at hotels, but this is natural and good! Love it. So, pros and cons. I think 2 real beds are important.... that is a detail that should be shared when looking for a hotel, that one of the beds is from a sleeper sofa. Not comfortable and some are a bit broken."

"Have stayed at this hotel for many years. Our last visit was last week for the holidays and will be the last. The smell of pot in the elevators, at the front entrance doors and through out the hotel was unbearable. Hotel Guests walking around in dining and bar areas in their pajamas. These are public areas, not your room. The front desk clerks were very unpleasant. Very dry. This hotel has a much different vibe that was not appealing to guests on vacation celebrating the holidays. The housekeepers do very little in the rooms. We felt like a guest/housekeeper. Taking out our own garbage, had to refill toilet paper and towels from a cart found in the hallway. None of the housekeepers speak English so it was impossible To get what was needed or requested. Very poor service, environment and absolutely no class!"

"I am the type that spends days researching hotels before booking so I will share my experience with you. Let's start with the PROS 1. Pool was clean, warm, and beautiful. Kids loved it! 2. Lots of shopping, restaurants etc in close vicinity 3. Decent enough wifi 4. Clean rooms 5. Drinks at evening reception were good and the staff was awesome Here are the CONS or just didn't exceed expectations 1. Breakfast was the worst I've had at any embassy suites. Much smaller than the ones I am used to. Only turkey, no bacon, limited fruit options that went quickly. 2. Rooms are on smaller side if you are used to staying at embassy suites 3. Evening reception snacks are the worst I've had at any embassy suites (one night was tortilla chips with ranch (odd) and hummus with the most inedible crackers I've ever tasted. Very dissatisfied compared to the evening receptions I've had at other embassy suites 4. Says gated parking but the gates were open throughout our stay 5. Conditioner/shampoo bottles were not filled so they didbt dispense much Overall not bad but if you compare it to many other embassy suited then disappointing."

"I love this place! I came here for my sister's soccer tournament and when I walked in the customer service was awesome and I got my key in 5 minutes or less. I went on the elevator which is also see through so you can watch as the elevator moves up and see everything else around you. When you get up, the rooms go all the way around and there are 8 floors. The rooms are a decent size but very clean and the bathrooms are excellent. After checking into our room, we got customer service coming to our room and asking if we need towels which was great because we did need them. This hotel also has a great fitness center and an excellent pool to chill and have fun in. Highly recommend for those who want a great hotel with a lot to do."
