"Beautiful hotel. Our room was clean, quiet, and had a nice sitting area adjacent to our room. We got a great night's rest and enjoyed the free breakfast buffet in the morning. Wish we had packed swim suits. There was snow outside, but a jacuzzi inside that looked inviting. Would definitely stay here again."
"The room was lovely and most of the staff was incredible! But, the few staff that weren't great really killed the vibe. Some of the restaurant staff would ignore if you were standing at the bar, waiting for assistance. I had to get our own menus a few times after waiting at the bar and then at the table (wasn't sure if it was seat-yourself or not). The breakfast crew was wonderful! They were very kind to me and my grandma, but the bar and evening staff were really hit or miss. Wasn't a fan of the sliding bathroom door. Would have liked for the sink to be included in the closed area rather than cut out. The no refund policy is a little icky, I made a date mistake but they wouldn't help with any waivers to let it be for tonight even with available rooms. Not being able to bring food upstairs was really bothersome. I have never had a Hilton not allow this. They even take away the coffee after breakfast- you really can't bring anything. We worried about our complimentary drinks being denied. I can see why my family has stayed here in past years, but I can also agree the service has really changed in recent years."
"At first glance, the hotel makes a favorable impression, the room is renovated, and, what is very comfortable, the room has very good sound insulation, you can’t hear either the neighbors or the street. However, later, we identified significant shortcomings that I would like to highlight so that hotel managers, if they read the reviews, could improve the comfort of their guests. Firstly, the room layout is very strange, with no door to the bathroom. You lie on the bed directly in front of the sink; if someone in the room got up earlier and decided to wash and brush their teeth, then the other sleeper should see and hear all this directly. Secondly, the horrific roaring sounds, similar to the sounds of a jet plane flying through, are emitted by the toilet after flushing for about a minute. Thirdly, the bottle of hair conditioner was empty, which was extremely inconvenient when I was about to wash my hair. Lastly, I received some text messages from a certain Victor, who asked on behalf of the hotel whether I was receiving a sufficient level of comfort. So, Victor, a hotel offering a complimentary drink, if you do it, do it in such a way that visitors are pleased. The woman behind the bar who was serving complimentary drinks that evening was so rude and disgruntled it was appalling. She, figuratively, was going to splash this drink in the guest's face, was rude to everyone, and did everything possible to make the visitors feel extremely uncomfortable. This is simply unpleasant! Please, no need for such compliments, better none than such. I really hope that my review will be useful."
"Recently stayed here on a business trip. I arrived early (1:30pm) after a long drive from New York. I was pleasantly surprised they had a room ready for me even though check-in time was 4:00pm. The room was great, large and clean. Most impressive was the free breakfast. They had a chef cooking eggs and omelets and also a buffet of all kinds of goodies. They had 4 staff people working the breakfast. All were super friendly and efficient. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."
"As a family we love starting at Embassy Suites, having two rooms is great when traveling with a baby who goes to bed at 7pm. The room here was great, the staff and service we were subject too was not. One of the other reason we have always enjoyed he embassy suites brand is the lovely breakfasts. Especially with a baby it is nice to be able to have one parent go down and bring food back up for the other. This is the first time I have ever stayed at this line of hotel and their policy has been no taking food back to your room. Even explaining the situation to a manger that getting baby up and bringing her downstairs to eat in a restaurant type situation is very stressful especially for a family that had a very long travel day the previous day. We are staying for 3 days and they were not budge or make any exception to help us out when I called down. After I called Hilton Coorprate to just let them know this is not a family friendly policy, corporate contacted the Hotel and I received a call in my room from the front desk manager, he came off as very annoyed and short with me letting me know they would bring food up this morning but the rest of my stay we needed to all come down to eat. Had I been aware of this policy I would not have booked here and we would have likely picked another location (that would have been further away from the purpose of our trip) to stay at. This location is well Maintained and probably gr right fit for adult only or business travelers, I would not recommend this location for family stays. Not young kid friendly."
