"Do not use this company. They get delivery to the address they are licensed at and report it missing, causing drivers to lose their jobs. This has happened more than once to friends of mine who deliver. And if they are not affiliated with a man named Luis, or the apartment at D14, then they need to update their address. It’s a shame that being thieves could reflect poorly upon one’s business."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We worked with a guy named Benny who seemed very nice, but his crew's workmanship around our deck area was HORRIBLE! We originally contracted them to do our work in December 2021 and the work was to begin March 2022. They started on time, but there were many issues with the decking from the start. Directions were not followed, major mistakes were made, more money than agreed upon was asked of us because Benny said is "undercharged" the job. Soon after the stone was laid, everything started shifting. They didn't secure the edges where stone met grass/dirt. When they set the stone, they laid it upon 4" of solid sand with hardly anything else under that. The first rain we had, the steps majorly failed because the sand all washed out. Many, many stones on the decking sunk and created a hazardous condition. The cuts in the stone were horribly made. The polymer sand that was supposed to be used to lock the stones in place was nothing but a coating with regular sand underneath. It all started getting mildew because it never hardened. The regular sand kept washing into our pool, as well. It was horrible! They were supposed to put the same tile as the pool on the face of both sets of steps around the pool area and the patio and they forgot. Instead, the slapped it on after the fact and it was a disgrace! When I informed Benny how unhappy we were and that he needed to fix it all ASAP, it flat out told us his crew refused to come back...sorry. They did try to come back in June to "fix" the steps (when we weren't home to watch). I happened to be going out back for something and saw 2 guys coming into the pool area with a bucket of mixed cement. They were just going to cement the steps in and not fix the underlying structural problem! I told them to leave. We were forced to hire another contractor to come in and fix ALL of the tile, sand and structural issues this company caused. It cost us nearly as much to fix as it did the original time! STEER CLEAR OF THESE GUYS!"

Benny and his team have went further, inspected and serviced all of the pool equipment to make sure we have a worry free enjoyment of the pool. If you are looking for a good pool company, Benny and his team are your guys (this is coming from a very skeptical and hard to please customer)."
