"the secretaries were very unprofessional and nasty! she hung up on my face after she asked me how I was doing...and I replied "good and yourself?" I called back and told her that wasn't nice...hung up on me again. I called a 3rd time and a lady name sarah picked up the phone, I tried to explain to her what happened and she kept cutting me "there anything I can help you with?" I tried to call the next day and talk to the Dr about the situation, he couldn't get on the phone, so I left a message and requested him to call me back at his convenient...I didn't hear from him until today. If you see this review, tell your secretaries to be more professional..."

"We have been going too Loyacona’s Uniontown office for almost 5 years now and there is no other office for us! We started our youngest with Loyacona & his staff very young at 7yrs old. Being very frightened and nervous in the beginning, our daughter was a challenge to work on to say the least, but Dr. L and his staff at the Uniontown office gained her trust and gave her a since of calmness and made her feel at ease. They love his personality, and I love his professionalism and knowledge. I’ve been in the dental field for 35 years, and seeing so many cases, it was an easy decision for me. My daughter had a complex case, and he always made things easy for her to understand. She actually now aspires to be an orthodontist, and I know it stemmed from him!
