"I just want to say Leslie's in Ardmore was very helpful this week. I've been having issues with my pool pump so I was already stressed out when I found out what was shipped to the store and what I ordered. Store was closing and the manager took the time to call customer service and it get it fixed for me. They also had what I needed in stock when online said it was not there.! I am very appreciative and will return when I need more support with my pool!"

"Mike is amazing. My Polaris was acting sluggish, and so he told me over the phone how to detach it from the wall (the attachment at the unit itself was frozen) and bring it into the shop. It is an older model, and I didn't want to spend a huge amount refurbishing it, but after he added new tires, an o-ring, a wheel bearing and some other parts, it was good as new for a very fair price. He even stayed past the time he had planned to leave, just to help me out. Incredible service! Edga is also fantastic. She knows pools, and I find her guidance is great."

"The sales reps are trained, but have no field experience. Their opinions and answers are pre-programmed to sell more products. Simple Solutions not common. Prices are way high. I buy from Home Depot garden department now. You should too"
