"Last year was my first year with a pool so I was a total knucklehead - it was green within two days of moving in ... ad many times thereafter. I won a certificate at an auction so I used them to close the pool. When they came out to close the pool, I figured I wouldn't get a lot of attention because it was an "auction giveaway" but, sheesh, they did a great job - not just closing the pool (what do I know about closing the pool?), but they did a great job of explaining everything and giving me some tips for the long winter. Then I used them again to open the pool - the pool was gross ... but they cleaned it all out, fixed a leak that I had from the previous year, and (again) explained the best way to care for it. I was really, really close to converting to salt just so I didn't have to deal with chemicals ... but even though these guys could have made a good buck on the conversion, they talked me into giving it another year with some of their instruction. This past summer was great - never turned green once - and was VERY easy to keep in balance. They had some simple tips to help. I would highly recommend them."
