"Keystone is a local company that local realtors promote when they probably shouldn't. Ultimately I'm unhappy with the service. They don't call back. They don't fulfill what they promise by being a settlement service. Long story short I've had a problem with title issues and have been given the run around so many times. Be aware that when you get title insurance it may say another name but that company will tell you to contact your settlement servicer (which is Keystone). So you will get no help unless through KEYSTONE. They act oblivious and always say you must speak to someone else and they will call you back and they don't. I had a cloud on my title that was supposed to be removed within 6 months...and it was written into the settlement. It's over 3 years later and I am still begging a lawyer who was paid from escrow in 2020 to complete their job. I was told that this is what title insurance is for when we bought the house and assured that if anything went wrong I was covered. It was a major concern. I would not have bought the house honestly. However, all the assurances I got from Realty & Keystone meant nothing once the ink was dry. There was no effort made to fix or help the issue. Please be careful. I've not had anything done by Keystone or title insurance to help."
