"Every time I make the mistake of visiting this location, I am met with the same disappointed experience. The service is horrible in the late morning and late evening. I would recommend a regional manager make a surprise visit to see for themselves the effect that these girls, with the I don’t care attitudes, make. Most recent, tonight the store had 1 in store customers ahead of me and my meal still took over 10 minutes to make. I watched them talk and take their time. Once I drove the 4 minutes home I found that the bread and chicken were the only warm items of my chicken frontega sandwich. Everything is supposed to be heated… The mozzarella cheese was cold, as well as the onion, tomato and sauce.."

"Love going to Panera for a quick breakfast bite. Always a breakfast sandwich and coffee or tea. Fairly quick, depending on the number of people in the restaurant. Some mornings, you can see how popular it is. They do a great job with the call-in orders, and you will see a fair amount of people walk in pock up orders and leave. I like how behind the register employees will pitch in if they see they lines getting too long."

"Joined their sip club today. Process went smoothly. The cashiers walked me through the steps- start by entering your phone number used for membership. The dining area needs a good refresher of the carpets and tables- carpets especially. I believe that would lighten up the atmosphere and make it more appealing as before days."

"1st time at Panera Bread and it was delightful. Clean and roomy restaurant with friendly staff. Food was not expensive. 4 stars as the chicken from the sandwich and chicken noodle soup was dry. I've had some juicy grilled chicken from other restaurants and Panera Bread needs some work on that. The bread i had for my side for the soup was soft on the inside and went well with the soup. The crust wasnt so good though. The cheese pizza was not good. I wouldn't recommend. The fruit cups are fresh and delicious. I'll get another one of those on my next visit. My favorite was the lobster mac n cheese. It was creamy and rich in flavor while the lobster tasted like it was from Red Lobster. Excellent taste."
