"We have had a dream experience with Jay and his Aqua Docs team. Not only did he explain every little detail, and answer every silly and important question we had, but he did it with no “sales pressure “ tactics. When we finally chose a hot tub, he even closed the shop filled it up and had it running so we could actually get in it and try it before we bought it. He stayed in contact while our contractor set up space for it. Jay delivered it, set it up and showed us how to maintain it. We have been in it every day since. Aqua Docs and specifically Jay have made two senior citizens extremely happy."

"Aqua docs charged an upfront Scheduling /Diagnostic fee of $135.00 to inspect a problem with our Jacuzzi spa. I was hesitant about this initial process but was satisfied with the Diagnosis and minor repair for our unit. Our Spa is operating smoothly since repair about a month ago. Management was very helpful also.Thank you!"

"Note, this did start at the height of covid. I do understand supply chain issues, but poor customer service and lies are the problem. We put 1/3 of the cost down for a new hot tub, we were promised that what we were purchasing had already been preordered months before. Our expected delivery date came and went without a word from them. Many more months went by, we called, but didn't get return calls, came in and still didn't get answers. I even went in person to their main location and still couldn't get answers. When I told them I wanted a refund then they suddenly offered mean instock model in a different color. Definitely do not recommend"

"Very honest and very fast service. Rates are reasonable. I had a problem with my pool heater and Gary was great. He knows his stuff--I don't say that lightly. I would trust him with any pool issue. I will use them in the future. Also, based on my interaction with the employees with Aqua-Docs, I would strongly consider buying a spa or sauna from them."

"Ordered a Bullfrog Spa from the Limerick Location.... had final paperwork and paid for it in full. Only to get a call a couple weeks later that the cabinet color that I ordered was no longer available. Why they waited nearly two weeks to call me, when they knew I wanted the Spa sooner than later boggles my mind. This is not the type of service I want especially if Aqua Docs would be the one servicing the Spa. I should have read the reviews first. Also, when I requested the order to be cancelled, the owner of Aqua Docs said that it was already being manufactured. I found out from Bullfrog and from other employees of Aqua Docs that it was not being manufactured that the order was never placed and that it was in the Bullfrog system as a "prospect" and not an order. They have been working on cancelling the "prospect" order for two weeks so they can credit my CC back which should take a minute. In the meantime, I've filed a dispute with my CC. Not impressed with Aqua Docs or Bullfrog customer service... both have been extremely unprofessional in handling this and just cancelling the order as requested."
